Great advice, like a personal mentor!

Lived how the book is structured in a chronological order to give you a solid explanation of the journey ahead to become an airline pilot. This book is somewhat step by step. Doesn't provide specifics like get a job at xyz airlines Inc, which is expected since aviation is very dynamic and business may change. Only thing I would have like to see more of is an expansion on paying for training. Great book nonetheless, get it!

A good read

Long long ago I wanted to become an airplane pilot. when I pass my exam for private pilot's license I realized I can never do it. but if I was starting all over again I would read this book and understand didn't work what I would have been getting into. I had a great career it didn't lack the intellectual skills to become a pilot there is always a portion of me, and I am 80, that never fails to look up in the sky when I hear the sound of the plane.

I wrote this book. When I first decided to become an airline pilot the process seemed insurmountable. Well, it's not. I did it and I did not go broke in the process. I have been an airline pilot for nearly 6 years now. If I can do it then you can too! Life anything, the first step is to make a decision. After that the next step always appears. I list the steps in this book and many readers have become airline pilots like me!
