A poet married to life has a side affair with death. His desire to meet death is left unfulfilled due to his realization of responsibilities towards life. Through his poems of varied themes, he decides to change things for good and surrenders his existence as a tribute to life. As a creator, he wants to influence world through his creations and manages to live in them. He keeps his affair with death a secret and confesses that he would reveal it to the world once he is sure that he would be forever alive. Through various poems, reader is made to see different shades of life-some dark and some bright.

Hailing from Surat, Nicko Shoid is the pen name of Konic Doshi. He is an Alumni of Fergusson College, Pune. Pursuing Journalism in Cardiff University,UK he is a contributing author to an anthology and editor of some institutional magazines and newsletters. Apart from his poems, the author is known for his Bollywood reviews, interviews, articles and scripts.
