“I wish I could persuade everyone to be devoted to this glorious saint, for I have great experience of the blessings which he can obtain from God” ~St. Teresa of Avila Saint Joseph is such a powerful intercessor. After the Virgin Mary, there is no other saint more powerful and closer to God. Through this book, you will get to know better the life of St. Joseph and read about his powerful intercession, especially St.Joseph's best friend, Saint Andre Bessette. This book will also strengthen your love and devotion to him. Whenever I need something, I always turn to St. Joseph for his intercession and he always helps me. Go to St. Joseph and trust that your prayers will be heard.~Esmeralda Kiczek (Chief Editor of My Catholic Family Magazine) In Brian Kiczek’s latest book, Go to Saint Do Whatever He Tells You, we come to know Saint Joseph as a quiet man, a hard worker whose faith and family were very important to him. He was proud to pass on his carpentry skills to Jesus. He was a foster father to Jesus, but lovingly embraced his role as Guardian of our Lord and protector and spouse of The Blessed Virgin Mary. I was fascinated to read the story of how a mother who had already lost 4 children to various illnesses, implored Saint Joseph to intercede that her 2 month old very ill baby girl might be cured. Just fifteen minutes after it was feared that her baby girl had also died, she opened her eyes and began to smile. From that moment, she was completely cured! That little baby girl went on to become a very important person in the history of the Catholic Church!~Michael Frank “Go to Saint Do whatever he tells you” is a devotional book with numerous stories about the miraculous interventions of Saint Joseph and the story of his life as told by the mystics. Powerful prayers to Saint Joseph are given for the reader to use, together with guidance about the Love of Holy Poverty and Holy Purity. Having difficulties with work or marriage? Saint Joseph's powerful intercession and example will change your situation before you know it. “you have to be patient with these they tell you they’ll have a piece of furniture finished in a couple of weeks and it ends up taking a month even. But they get the job done and they do it well! You just need to be patient…”~Pope Francis on Saint Joseph “I do not remember even now that I have ever asked anything of him which he has failed to grant…in Heaven,Jesus still does all that he asks”~St. Teresa of Avila onSaint Joseph “Saint Joseph is right next to you listening to your prayers and always ready to present them before the throne of His Son and to His Beloved Wife”~Saint Andre Bessette
Brian Kiczek, D.C., is a chiropractor, husband, and father of three, who reverted back to the Catholic faith after 10 years of atheism, New Age beliefs, then Bible believer. He is a United States Navy veteran of the Persian Gulf War, during which he served as operations specialist aboard the USS Normandy. This and other life experiences, including being security officer in Manhattan during 9/11 and after at the Federal Reserve Bank in New York, then working in various chiropractic offices treating multiple conditions, have served to inspire Kiczek with ways to integrate prayer and work, to help others in a physical and spiritual manner. His research dissertation addressed the Effects of prayer and religiosity on health and longevity. Kiczek presently works in the disadvantaged area of Passaic County, New Jersey, helping to heal wounded backs.
Kiczek has been educated in the Catholic schools of Red Bank, New Jersey and graduated cum laude from Rutgers University. He holds a doctorate in chiropractic from the University of Bridgeport. He believes the prodigal sons and daughters of the world are going to return to God in droves, as the famine that is spreading across the globe increases through financial crises, wars, and disasters. Having lived through what it means to be a prodigal son, Kiczek feels great care and compassion for all those away from God, and works without cease to heal both physical and spiritual ills. He strives to repay Christ for having been merciful to him, through the power and love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
Saint Joseph is very special and unique among all the saints. He was the closest human being to Jesus anq the blessed Mother. The author does a good job of promoting legitimate devotion to Saint Joseph. I did not like the apocryphal life story. It is fabricated and theologically problematic. I wish the author simply said that we in fact know very little in this regard.
I like how quick it is to understand what he's presenting without insulting anyone and at the same time completely detailed. I would recommend this book if someone is curious about St. Joseph as this will open you up to more questions that you can study on a longer stretch of reading.
I throughly enjoyed Brian's' book. He does an excellent job demonstrating how devotion to St. Joseph has grown throughout the centuries. When I was finished I felt I knew St. Joseph as a friend.
The book is an easy read and a great reference for prayers and devotions.
It was inspiring and reminded me of how powerful St Joseph because of his son. How powerful a saint who Jesus himself picked to raise him and protect him. After Jesus and Mary he is next in rank
I got the e book and there was some improper spacing but the spelling was good and it was well organized complete with prayers and a surprise at the end : a story of salvation … so this book isnt too good for anybody. It is humble and it is well meaning :)
This book has taught me so much about St. Joseph. Reading this book has truly blessed me and enriched my life. I am so grateful for the author's research and work, and for the many blessings it is bringing into my life.
