I love these books, they are so sweet and fun. At some point I plan to actually read them all in order, but it's easy enough to follow. Natty and Ned are so lovely and I find the illustrations by John Eastwood so charming.

Also, I just realised today that Elizabeth Lindsay is also the author the author of the Midnight Dancer series, which is one of my favourites -- I can't believe I never noticed before, but maybe I took less notice of authors names as a kid. Anyway, it's reminded me that she had written many books I haven't read yet -- although I aim to read as many as possible!

My favorite part was when Pebbles was rescued, because Pebbles did not like being in a robbers trailer in the middle of the night. The worst part was when Pebbles was stolen. My favorite character was Annie because she helped rescue Pebbles from the robbers and saw her being taken so she could help. The worst character was the robbers, because it was mean to steal other peoples things, especially expensive ones like horses. Auryn 11 years old, 2015
