This text is directed to courses at both the upper-division undergraduate and masters levels in the legal environment of business and government and business, as well as business and society....The authors take an interdisplinary approach, utilizing elements of law, political economy, international business, ethics, social responsibility, and management.
I actually really enjoyed this law textbook, much more than the one used in my undergrad business law course. It had a nice mix of facts, real world examples, and illustrative cases. The questions at the end of each case and chapter were thought-provoking and helpful. I do agree with my professor that it's quite strange to talk about our legal system in the chapter before the Constitution, since the Constitution is the basis for our government, but I'll let it slide because this textbook is quite well written and helpful.
