Endless thrilling sources of the then frontier and wilderness experiences from the expedition party. A truly great read.

I was afraid this would read like a boring textbook… it did not! I really enjoyed exploring with Lewis and Clark. Learned so much, but told in an interesting straight forward way. I bought the book for my homeschooled middle schooler, but ended up reading it myself because it looked interesting.
