We Are But Human: Horror Stories of Werewolves, Animal Instincts and Dormant DNA

Rate this book
This collection of animalistic horror stories delve into the most primitive instincts we all hold deep inside. Many of the stories within We Are But Human are struggles with anger, vengeance and trust that bring out our true nature. From family hunting trips to take down a werewolf colony to a sibling relationship tore apart by a vicious attack. Unlike most of Jamie's work We Are But Human takes an optimistic approach to our deeper instincts and focuses on the benefits instead of the negatives. Its no surprise that this book was written shortly after Jamie adopted their Ridgeback/Beagle mix who set the tone for much of the book. This is the horror book for animal lovers everywhere. One review called it, "Chicken Soup for the Blood Moon."
