This book wasn't quite what I expected. He uses a prodigious amount of words but doesn't get all that much said. He also enjoys ranting against the government in a way that I feel is unchristian. I would recommend that anyone interested in this subject should read "A Change of Allegiance" by Dean Taylor.

I think Church and State makes an important and needed contribution to nonresistance literature. It is an inspiring and engaging page turner - a must read! I highly recommend it.
