Just about every library nowadays has some sort of social media presence. But how did they do it, where did they start, why did they start? This LITA Guide is a bit how-to combined case studies of a range of topics and library types dealing with social media. While it may not give a bulleted list of what to do to give a library or media center a social media presence, it will help round it out.

While most of the book seemed to focus on academic libraries, many of the messages are still applicable to public libraries, particularly when it comes to really nailing down your audience/intentions/key messages in your social media usage.

Had some good ideas but over all the message and topic were congested and not related to my needs.
