I am finding this book extremely helpful to me in understanding the ins and outs about real estate. It is clearly answering all the questions I had and written in a way I find easy to retain.
I've watched all those shows about flipping houses and it stirs up an interest to do what they do but of course it's not as simple as what a 30 minute to an hour scripted television show portrays.
This book really breaks everything down and is cohesively thorough. It's easy to read and to understand and valuable for reference for investors or simply in buying a home.

Very simple and to the point information about running a real estate business. Reminds me of Biggerpocket's house flipping book without all of the filler content.
