Chevy is a hardworking, single parent who has been burned by love. She’s the type of woman every man says he wants, but few know how to appreciate. She’s loyal, committed, knows how to take care of her man and willing to do what it takes to hold him down. Her needs, in returned, are quite simple: fidelity, honesty and loyalty. So when her ex played her for the fool, she ended their relationship and focused on making a life for herself and adolescent son, while also making her dreams of becoming an author come true. But what’s a lonely heart to do? She’s not just a rider, she’s a woman with grown woman needs.

Then enters Tiaz, the handsome man she met online while he was incarcerated. On the surface, he is everything she has spent her life hoping for. In reality, he is every single parent’s nightmare: a liar and a cheat who sacrifices the safety and freedom of this woman and her child for his selfish gain. Only Chevy is too blinded by love to see it.

Tiaz is just living the only life he knows. Street life has been his life since he was just a kid, when he was forced by circumstances out of his control to take on the streets in order to survive. Under no disillusions, he is completely aware that his choices will land him in prison or in the grave and he is willing to make those sacrifices. A cold-blooded killer, he is willing to use anyone as a pawn in his game as long as it yields him the results he wants.

Everyone has their own agenda and the lives of each player is more intertwined than any of the might know. If the truth is revealed, the high stakes will claim the lives and freedom of many.

Tranay has once again written a gripping story that pulls on a reader’s emotions. His words play across the pages like scenes from a movie, allowing the reader to use all of his/her senses to become immersed within the plot of the story. His characters are complex and tragically flawed, they are the people whose urban realities are highlighted in these pages. They are survivors in whatever way they know to maneuver the life that’s been handed to them.

Bury Me a G

It's safe to say I don't like Tiaz! I thought because of what he experienced with Ta'Shauna he would do right by Chevy. He proved he ain't no better than Faison. I love Chevy! My only issue with her was her feeling the need to tell her so called friend all her business. Kantrell is wrong on so many levels and I was hoping Chevy would catch on to what was going on around her. Te'Qui needed a good ass cutting because he's too grown. I can say the relationship between Tiaz and Threat was as real as it gets and they both had each other's back regardless. Tiaz should've been trying to be a positive role model instead of allowing Te'Qui and Baby Wicked to get involved in some mess. Tiaz and Threat got themselves in a little more than they bargained for. I can't wait for part 2. Will Ta'Shauna let Faison handle things or take matters into her own hands, will Kantrell get what she deserves or be one step ahead, will Chevy learn all the indiscretions going on with the ones she trust the most, will Faison get his family back before it's too late, and will Tiaz and Threat find a way out of their situation or risk being buried a G?

Author Tranay Adams is the Truth.

Bury Me A G is a gritty street lit fiction that plays out like true life. I was really impressed with the author Devil Wears Timbs Series which was a five star read. And he turn right around and put out another hitter with this book. He capture and held my attention throughout the book with every turn of the pages with betrayal, disloyalty and murder. You have Chevy who think she have a good man in Tiaz but he is worse than her baby daddy Fasion then there's Kantrell who suppose to be her best friend who is trying to steal her man from her. Then there's Tiaz being a bad influence on Chevy son Te'Qui and his friend Baby Wicked. There is so much action going on in this book that I couldn't put it down. The book is well-written and the author style of writing is up there with my favorite authors Roy Glenn, Kwan, Cash and Ashley and JaQuavis. I recommend this book to everyone you can't go wrong. I can't wait for the next installment.

It started off a little slow, but it picked up. Chevy is a good woman, and she's doing the best that she can, with being a single mother. She's holding her man down, and she's looking out for what's best for Tiaz.
Tiaz mental is on the street live, but he realizes that he has a winner on his team, but the grass isn't always greener on the other side. I can see that Kantrell might be a problem if things continue the way they are.
Something bad is going to happen to Chevy's son. He's trying to be grown before his time, that's if he doesn't end up in a body bag first, and Baby Wicked is a bad influence on him.
Kantrell is scandalous for sleeping with her best friend's man, and what's done in the dark, will eventually come to the light.
Threat is something serious, and I love his loyalty to Tiaz. So far, he's proven while he's his brother's keeper.

Let me start with Tiaz, man he had me fooled. In the beginning he appeared to be an okay guy. He was saying all the right things (but don't they all when they're locked up), he had Chevy head over heels in love with him. But as soon as he got home the real him showed up. And Chevy's best friend Kantrell, what a snake, why do women do that of all the men in the world you want your best friends man, really. That's all I'll say about that. Don't pass this one up you won't be disappointed.

The storyline was actually good, but it was just slow paced to me. It was lacking that suspense I think. The storyline was to dragged out I didn't like the way it ended. This could've been so much better.

Bury Me A G

I really enjoyed this book. Chevy was a true girlfriend. After everything Faison put her through, she finally found her Prince. I was team Taiz until he broke the code.
