Make Your Own Doll’s House by Christopher Cole (New York: Van Nostrand Reinhold 1976)(745.5923). This book features step-by-step instructions on how to construct an actual wooden doll house, and it provides the complete set of building plans. My rating: 7/10, finished 2008.
Hmmm... 10% of the book held a few new little (yeah, pun intended) techniques for design and assembly of a decent doll house, and 10% was about 10 years out of date. The rest turned out to be common sense, of the measure-twice-cut-once variety.
