From Murder Most Crafty

A soccer game ending in sudden death? Sounds like the wrong sport. But when Stanley and Alice attend their son's school match, a murder halts play. A good detective story full of deception, not by the criminal , the detective.

I love the exchange between MacAuliff and Hastings. Their conflicting relationship makes them a great and unorthodox crime solving duo.
