This was mostly a collection of stories about several "important" incidents. The author has included a bibliography, but in each chapter, it's not clear where or how he got the info he is sharing. The stories are intriguing, though. I think he could have used some better editing throughout. I found the font used for the book rather annoying - the size and spacing of the lettering often varied on each line.
