This is a very helpful resource in preparation for speaking with a lawyer and understanding the various elements that affect the divorce process. Especially useful when so much of the information online is American and not applicable to the system in Canada.

I’m only 50% done but I can tell you that this book is worth its weight in gold. I loaned this from the library but will definitely buy it once done. The book includes all the in’s and out’s of the legal system, kinds of custody, what lawyer to get, how to draw up your own separation agreement, etc. 100% worth the 5 ⭐️
