Barely a decade into the women's movement, two Harvard PhDs came out with this treatise on women in management. This is really a book on organizational behavior, and what is refreshing is that it is a book on women written by women. While it is a bit dated, it remains a counterpoint to works such as The Woman's Dress for Success Book.
