The author is extremely gifted and superbly simple and practical. He has candidly covered various aspects of the worklife from workplace fallacies to politics, moving into demotions/promotions to etiquettes for success. It's a package that talks about a career lifecycle from being hired upto retirement, intelligently spinning personal aspects and priorities through this journey. An amazing book that offers a bird's perspective on career, life and winning strategies.
