This is a significantly better book about Astral Projection than the very similarly structured Astral Projection by Kimberly Moon.
The shortness of this book shouldn't fool you: it has a good introduction, proper tips and exercises.
I missed more information about the author's personal experiences, his daily routine, and the method he uses to start his astral travels. I also would preferred to see how he usually structures his diary, what are important things to record in his opinion.
I also think that a guided audio would have been great as an extra for the book, to help beginners get started with astral projection.
I like the book and I would love to see an improved version of it later.
As an active lucid dreamer myself, I'm glad to learn new avenues to the astral plane following the pieces of advice in this book.

Had a lot of knowledge for the beginner, highly recommended. Should be a first for anyone looking into the subject.

Lower Astral Encounters - Take Heed
This book has the best coverage I've seen of negative astral encounters. That is something I have first-hand experience with. A few years ago, I was leisurely cruising along the periphery of the Milky Way, alone, when I spotted a moving pointer which resembled a comet. I knew it was a sign to drop by a check point for some kind of interrogation, and I wanted no part of it. I continued along, ignoring that pointer. A moment later, I was suddenly back in my body, with an entity close in front of me. It looked like something out of a science fiction movie. It was black and smaller than a typical man. Its body looked distinctly non-human, like its surface resembled some kind of alien outfit or uniform. A moment later, it was gone. Before that negative encounter, I was staring to experience ease in getting out of body. But after that unfortunate event, I have spent three long arduous years of intense work, trying to recover my previous level of ease and ability in getting out of body. I have lived a genuine hell since then, as a result of that personal disaster.

Great read, was very informative and kept things to the dot, with no unnecessary information. I would recommend this book to anyone who is curious what astral projection is, or how to go about it safely.

Easy read, useful tools
Author provides straightforward explanations on astral travels and tips on dealing with entities one might encounter in their travels. A good guide for beginners!

Just meat, no fluff

Just introduces Astral Projection. I used different sources, and this one pretty much is just like those sources, but with added Astral Projection techniques on how to project.
