Great read. I read it in 5 days and that never happens. It's a easy read. His writing style is as if your sitting at a bar listening to a new friends life story. You feel so sorry for the kid but the darker the story gets the more humor he has. "dramady"as the author call it is a perfect description.

I was very intrigued by the mother character. No matter the socioeconomic group there is always this one and her friends "one-uping" each other as he calls it.

Made me laugh and I will forever have some of the Lil Black Dads saying in my head.
