This in-depth survey of the uses and applications of stained glass in public and residential buildings concentrates on the most exciting projects produced during the 1980s. Illustrated throughout with 270 stunning color photographs, Contemorary Stained Glass covers every aspect of this art form, from abstract and figurative windows to backlit panels and skylights to screens and sculptures.
In light of my Sta. Ana stained glass obsession, I started digging around the architecture library and found this. It's a lovely introduction to contemporary secular stained glass, from a briefer on its types and methods of production to the features of notable artists and a practical guide to sourcing stained glass. I enjoyed this and found many of the works interesting (noted below). It is, however, very limited to the West.
