Good, if you already know what your doing.

While I did enjoy finding out what helps what, I felt the recipe portion was very lacking. It didn't cover how to make the recipes just how much of x, y, and z to use. No instructions. I'm sure once I know what I'm doing in how to make things this will become clear.
