Rancher to the Rescue
A Practical Engagement
Clare Walsh isn’t too keen on marrying, but it’s the only way for her to keep her family home…and custody of her two younger brothers. So when rancher Noah Livingstone offers a union in name only, Clare reluctantly agrees. Accepting Noah’s strictly practical proposal has an unexpected catch, though—she’s actually falling for him.
Though Noah is drawn to vibrant, independent Clare, he knows romantic feelings will only complicate their marriage of convenience. But when secrets from his past threaten Noah’s fragile new family, he must make a difficult choice. Will Noah risk all his dreams to secure a real future with Clare?

My least favorite of these Inspired historicals. I hate reading about strong independent women who have taken a hold of feminism. They are so arrogant and full of pride in themselves, they can't even see truth in front of their faces. Like there is a good man in front of you waiting to help you. Shut up and say thank you and continue to be strong with his help.

Ugh. Not what I expected.

Childish writing. I don’t know another way to describe it. I suffered through the first chapter then I started skimming. Went straight to the last couple of chapters and decided it wasn’t worth it.
