I didn't find this book to be revolutionary, but that doesn't mean you won't.

It's a short actionable book that can help you get your work and life under control. If you haven't done much reading in that field, you'll get a bunch out of it.

If you have read a bunch about finding your purpose and setting goals, then you won't learn much new.

Good start, but moves too quickly

I wish the book were longer with more examples, but ADN has a solid foundation that can help start some good and discovery.

Everything just seemed to be over before it was even started, so it's up to the reader to spend some time with the concepts in here and make the most of it.

Best were the values exercise and the specific example of breaking down how many calls an example reader would have to make. Also good are the questions listed near the end of the book.

I really enjoyed this book and it helped me to start thinking about the strengthfinders idea.
