The Gospel of St. John as a Foundation of Spiritual Psychology

Rate this book
Depth Psychology, as well and most therapeutic psychologies give an ambiguous picture of ego consciousness. They say this form of consciousness is necessary for functioning efficiently and effectively in the world, but this way of our usual consciousness does not encompass either soul or spirit. This writing shows that the Gospel of John reveals the processes by which ego consciousness undergoes transformation into soul-spirit-I consciousness, and a new effectiveness functioning in the world.
