October 5, 2016I found this book to be informative and laid out well. Sometimes I glossed over the technical terms, but they're there if you want to read them. This is an almost clinical explanation of what to expect, but it does include some case studies which were particularly helpful in my novel research. My one caveat would be that I *think* this book is from the late 80s in which case some of the information may be out of date.
