I think this would have made an interesting novel idea, but it is too much information for a short story. We understand that the main character is evil, but she does not have enough time to develop in order for the reader to latch on and want to know her story.
The overall concept is interesting, but this short segment would have done better incorporated into a longer novel.

Excellently written
I love the way Lilith is written, so deliciously evil. As a prelude to Enoch's Devil, this story explains a lot about the relationship between Lilith and her accomplice, while making a great stand alone story as well. I also love the mods to Lovecraft.
