Have previously enjoyed work by this Author, this book was light on, struggled to finish the book. Disappointing. Many others obviously enjoyed it and rated it well?
This is the 11th in a series about Inspector Carlyle. It wasn't a bad read but did not engage me as much as other crime novels I have read. I felt that the different threads in the story were a bit muddled. I will probably give another book in the series a try.
