A lot can happen in one night. Tia Winters didn’t think much would come out of going out with her friend to the nightclub. Sure, she might meet someone, and sure, they might go back for a shared night of passion together. However, that kind of thing was normal. Expected, even.
When she met the stranger with the odd hair color and eyes, it piqued her interest. He also found her fascinating enough to spend time with her, sharing drinks, talking to her of the places outside America, where she had never been.
The only issue with the handsome man who spoke to her was that he happened to be a werewolf, and that by merely associating with him, she was putting her life on the line. Her entire existence, of course, would never be the same again. After all, it’s not that often that you end up dicing with death.

I bought this complete set of book, but I intend to review them all separately.
Wow. I'm withholding judgement for the entire series, but if the other stories continue like this I don't think I will be finishing. I haven't looked into the author, but I am guessing Dalia's first language is not English. Although much of the broken English is just the main character's accent, some of it is not...or it's just bad editing, only time will tell.
To say in the Title that it is Tia's Mate is misleading. This was not Tia's mate, there is no HEA or HFN, or relationship at all for that matter. This was a one and done situation and he was gone in the morning. Boom end of story. Now I like the guy, but this is not a complete story at all. This is a very small introduction. Hopefully in the other "installments" the characters overlap and we end up getting a complete story.
I bought the set of the series and I was not fully engaged in the first book. The book sort of stops as it begins. While it has the basis of a decent read, it was just missing something for me.

I read this book thinking it was full length but this is not to my liking. Tia's mate was a short, blunt cliffhanger. And realising over 3000 pages would take up space on my ipad, I had to delete.
