48 pages. This book is gorgeous and will teach a student or reader a lot about this national park. The photos are beautiful and show all the diversity in the landscape. There is a great focus on the animals and habitat there. It includes statistics, fact boxes, charts, animal track identification, glossary and index. Highly recommended for Grades 4-5.

Rocky mountain national park is so big that you could spend moths there and still not see all of it. And the Rocky mountain national park is were I live here in Colorado but I can't see the Rocky's there up by Denver. Like Yosemite the Rocky's have a lot wildlife like:bighorn sheep;moose;white-tailed ptarmigan;Clark's nutcracker;goldenrod crab spider;and western terrestrial garter snake. Rocky mountain get's 3.1 million visitors each year. The tallest mountain in the Rocky's is:LONG'S PEAK!at 14;259 feet.
