Although this is written for the Australian/New Zealand public, this was a short, simple, and very no-nonsense read regarding mental health and the practices found therein. For me this was a great look into the broad consensus of the issues and factors surrounding and taking place within mental health. Though I don't know if I would reasonably suggest this book to others who aren't invested in the field (it's quite dry), it was still a nice little piece of work.
