This book contains 24 single-sided images of varying complexity that will appeal to older children and adult colorists who are looking for something a little different and more light-hearted than complicated, serious mandalas and geometric designs, but who still enjoy being challenged. Pages are standard 8.5" x 11" size, for easy framing. For best results, we recommend slipping a piece of cardstock, or a sheet or two of scrap paper between the page you intend to color and the following page to prevent any bleed-through.

About the author

Michele Katz (Grieder), otherwise known as "Mit" started "making books" by stapling pieces of paper together and drawing on them for her little brother at the ripe old age of seven. By the time she was in middle school, she had decided on Syracuse University for her BFA in illustration. (Fortunately the school approved of her choice!) Since then, Michele has been making whimsical art designed to make people of all ages smile, because let's face it - - there is enough serious stuff in the world! Her work has appeared in numerous magazines and on a wide variety of products, ranging from coffee mugs to yoga mats. In addition to the 9 children's books and 3 coloring books she has illustrated, she also designs greeting cards. Michele is a longtime member of SCBWI and resides in Connecticut with her husband, pet turtle and hamsters. A fantastic coloring book that both children and adults will enjoy.
Humorous scenes with clear lines and plenty of opportunity to spend hours giving them your own splashes of color.
Mit is obviously a talented artist and I look forward to spending more time on future books, now....where did I put my colored pencils!

WOW what can I say!! this is the cutest, fun coloring book I've seen in a long time!! My 6 yr. old grandson and I love to color in it!! Michele's sense of whimsy and humor shines bright here!!

The illustrations in this coloring book are so fun! My favorite is the picture of the pigs in the bathtub. My boys couldn't stop giggling at the funny scenes and the pictures were drawn with just the right amount of simplicity and detail that it kept their interest without overwhelming them!

This is wonderful coloring book by a very talented artist who I have followed on FB for sometime. The illustrations invite you to grab your pens or pencils, to sit down and to make the animals come alive. One cannot help smiling as the design takes on your personal touches.

This is a fantastic coloring book with illustrations that are appropriate for all ages. The illustrations are top notch with clean lines. All the animals have playful expressions. The talented artist cleverly added great detail and a little something unexpected or funny to keep the interest of the person coloring, whether it be an adult or child. I cannot wait to see what other coloring book themes she comes up with next.
