Overly anecdotal, practicals are summed up in the end of chapter “temperature gauges.” Book could’ve been a 8 page pdf and covered the same points.

Incredibly yet pithy read on being a culture igniter not just a person who can read the temperature. Every leader who desires to light the fire of growth and development in their organization needs to read this book!
