Personally I found this book harder to get through than Block 1. But perhaps that is mostly because life was busy. It was helpful to learn about the different ways rewards might impact people.
It's a university textbook that provides a very basic introduction to working in teams, human resource management and equality etc. For what it is intended to do it does very well but it is only a primer; I anticipate further reading on these topics will be required for HE-level study.
