In my opinion this book is a blatant plagiaized effort of the really great book called “Passive income, Aggressive retirement” by Rachel Richards. Additionally, check out the incredibly long keyword title - I believe this work is entirely to make our author Chase some passive income! So you can learn from him but I found his book to be sort of incomplete and sort of an outline taken directly from other books that are more in depth. I’d say go to the source and get better references. This book is also outdated as Amazon and other e-commerce has changed dramatically since 2017. I would leave this one on the shelf-It is outdated and a hastily and poorly written book

Insight into the not so secret world of wealth.
While there are definitely strategies outlined in this book that I skipped and/or will not be doing, there are several that I am already working toward and others that I have begun.
Chase lays the foundation in a clearly defined way that helps one to understand where they need to begin to tap into the pool of funds to fuel ones adventures.

A very useful and enjoyable book
I found this book to be very practical and realistic in its advice. I considered many, if not all, of the strategies very "do-able". Indeed, I have already updated an ebook I had previously published in Amazon, based on guidance in this book, and I intend to publish a second one.
Even if you don't have any intention of adopting any of the strategies in the book, there is a wealth of reference information to be had, such as useful websites and other resources. Note, though, that some of the provided web links are broken or require a log-in.
All in all, I found this to be a most useful and worthwhile read, with a lot to offer.
