Not a new plan

For those of us who have yo yo sister our whole life, A book entitled 90 Pounds in 90 Days sounds like a scam -- and then you read if and it is simply more of the same. Not new. Not different. Just lots of advice on eating smaller amounts of.unprocessed plain real food.at a calorie level you've heard before plus an exercise schedule that if you could have done you would not need the book. We hat is "guaranteed" is don't waste your money on this.

Fitness for life

Not really into these types of exercises. Like walking, chair aerobics, water exercise , and the iliptical machine. Most of the recipes look to be more than 1 portion.

Very informative

This book makes weight loss look easy. I have always thought it would be !difficult.This is a p!an I can work with. I love the length of the book. So inspirational!!

Ridiculous

Calorie counts are wildly inaccurate - usually too low. The workouts are too strenuous for most of us. Content does not seem original. You would have to be VERY obese to lose 90 pounds on this.
