At first I was upset that the font was so large and spaced out - meaning there would not be a lot of content in the book. A few pages in, I realized this was done on purpose to sooth the sensitive target reader. This proved to be a very pleasant read.
The first part of the book lists a multitude of empath experiences, but they sound and felt an awful lot like product testimonies for Elise Lebeau's empath community website.
I wish this had more detail about the coping techniques and even included the ones that didn't work for Elise Lebeau.
