In the World War II, Rommel, the Desert Fox, captured 300 million worth of treasure from Africa which seduces many people to struggle for it. And out of curiosity, Wei Sili is also involved in the struggle and nearly lost his life. In order to prevent the treasure map from falling into the hand of the vicious power, Wei Sili is ready to fight back firmly. The fight between the good and the evil is on the verge of breaking out. Besides, the love story in the novel is also complex. Shi Ju has a crush on Wei Sili while Wei Sili is in love with Shi Ju's mother Li Mingmei.

卫斯理开山之作 却着实一般...
时隔这么多年想起来，当时还不是科幻题材吧，更偏武侠一些，不过那个年代，武侠第一视角的小说是不是也不很多？倪匡也几乎定义了爽文的存在啊，不过比无脑爽文还是先进了几个档次，中期一些幻想真称得上是匪夷所思又有理有据，有趣得紧
p.s 白素的形象塑造的还是深入人心的，简直是梦中情人吧，不过倪匡现实中也遇到了儿媳周慧敏，似乎有点神似，不过当年写作的时候儿子还没出身，不知道40年后遇到儿媳，心理会不会觉得是有点神来之笔

这本书对学习中文很有价值。写的不太复杂，但还是能让你学会新的词汇。而且故事比别的资料像报纸等更有趣，毕竟是个小说。总的来说，作为中级学习汉语者，强烈推荐这本书。

关于故事情节呢，还是挺复杂的。总以为卫斯理会出什么事呢，突然要么是敌人变成恩人要么是突然有人来救他恰好到了，觉得像个戏剧一样。不愧倪匡是编剧！

我不喜欢的是结尾，我觉得太容易了。卫斯理怎么能跟他一起赴汤蹈火的石菊那样就离开了呢？还有：我觉得卫斯理跟黎明玫的关系有点无理，为什么卫斯理明明看见石菊不相信他一直要声称黎明玫是她的妈妈？尽管是事实还是有点离谱。

除了那些问题，总体还是个很有精神的故事，我非常推荐！
