A play about two 40-something hairdressers in England who are attempting to stay afloat when a new (and trendier) salon opens across the street. The two women are both interesting character studies--people who have major regrets with how their lives have turned out but not quite ready to make dramatic life changes at the end of middle-age.
On stage, it would be difficult for this play to keep an audience's attention for two hours unless both main characters were extremely dynamic performers.
