USA Today Bestselling Author Demelza Carlton has always loved the ocean, but on her first snorkelling trip she found she was afraid of fish.
She has since swum with sea lions, sharks and sea cucumbers and stood on spray-drenched cliffs over a seething sea as a seven-metre cyclonic swell surged in, shattering a shipwreck below.
Sensationalist spin? No - Demelza tends to take a camera with her so she can capture and share the moment later; shipwrecks, sharks and all.
Demelza now lives in Perth, Western Australia, the shark attack capital of the world.
The Ocean's Gift series was her first foray into fiction, followed by the Nightmares trilogy. She swears the Mel Goes to Hell series ambushed her on a crowded train and wouldn't leave her alone.

A salacious look at the character Luce (who's hawwwt in more ways than one) in this short, short prequel to the author's Mel Goes To Hell series. The story brings you up to the introduction of Mel and Lucifer in "Welcome To Hell", the first book in the series. Funny as .... well ... Hell, as always.
Be warned it is an 18+ read as it contains numerous sexcapades. (Lucifer seems quite indifferent to them)

I was given the opportunity to read Just Another Day in Hell. This is my honest opinion of the book.

Just Another Day in Hell is a short treatment that is designed to introduce readers to some of the characters in the series Mel Goes To Hell. Lucifer Iblis spends his days at the HELL Corporation, seducing women and taking their souls. Nothing seems to be a challenge, but will he meet his match in Melody Angel?

I am not sure what the purpose of this very short prequel, except to establish that Lucifer is a sleaze that only looking for his next conquest. It was too short and did not provide readers with enough background to any of the characters, which does not make me inclined to read more.

What a cute tease to a new series. This brings you to the point that Mel and Lucifer meet. It gives you a good look into the thinking of Lucifer. I love how the author writes in a clear yet funny style. Can't wait to continue this series and also read more by this author.

A wonderful introduction to the HELL Corporation's CEO: ending with his introduction to Mel. Great story like all of Demelza Carlton's books I have read.

What on earth is the devil up to on human territory creating hell corporation and hiring an angel. The chaos seems to look like great fun. Can’t wait to read more.

Devil's viewpoint to teaser short Welcome to Hell. In this case Luce/Lucifer seems to be a rather boring character.

I really like Mel ... she is a powerful highly ranked Angel and seems Hellbent on Lucifer. You try to hate Luce, I mean he is Lucifer but you just can't!
I am looking forward to more!

Off to read the next book in the series ... Mel Goes to Hell.
