A good book gets your attention. A great book engages you on many levels. This is a great book! Chris engages the reader by allowing you to approach the subject from your own personal lens. If you want to follow an intriguing and very personal journey, then this is a great read. For the person who is more interested in the supporting research, the book is very well researched with numerous sited sources to explore and dig deeper. He also does a great job laying out what it takes to make your own happiness.

This book was an absolute joy to read - it is equal parts science and anecdotal account, with just the right amount of hilarity in just the right places. I'm looking forward to volume II!
