Lots of good information but it was kind of repetitive to read. I especially liked what she shared about oils and emotions, backing her statements up with studies. I was a little skeptical though that she seemed to advocate for oils undiluted in the skin. The stuff I've heard says that's not a safe way to use oils.
A great book for beginners. It was highly recommended by a friend. Unfortunately I found it a bit pedantic as I had taught this at the university level for 21 years and was hoping for more.
