This is a story of the amazing adventure of humankind, from the Big Bang to the stars…an adventure led by the Chosen; Jews who have throughout this saga, given so much to so many.
Although I understand and acknowledge the historical treatment of the Jewish people as the basis of the book, I don't agree with either his largely negative outlook on contemporary Christianity or his much more favorable treatment of Islam, d hugespite it's obvious current hatred of the Jewish people. I also felt that although he anecdotally refers to his research while rarely actually citing the actual source information.
I had to give up on it when I got about 80% through it as I could no longer stomach the approach. I am a fervent supporter of the Jewish people, but this was a great disappointment and twisting of history in my opinion.
