Gotta say, this reads like a Pinterest blog post. This man needed a better editor. The title is soooo much more confident than the writing and the organization leaves something to be desired. Some good info, but could be much better if writing and editing were sharpened.
Quick read, covers the topic very surface level so one can get good beginner understanding if you want to dive deeper into the topic. Has quite a bit of interesting recipes I’d love to try. :)
Checked the ebook out from my library but this is more like a useless pamphlet. The author’s research is very dubious as he includes no references at all. He talks about some studies, but they are just one study that he doesn’t reference. The reader has no clue of the sample size and I only saw him include one that was 35 people. I would never base any significant life changes off someone saying they read one study regarding 35 people and not giving you the resource to check yourself. There is also contradictory information in the book. Eat whole wheat but maybe don’t eat any gluten. Eat as much fruits and vegetables as possible but not too much fruit because of sugar. He also wants you to take a dozen supplements a day like some 1700 healer that is going to be accused of being a witch. This is really a laughingstock of a “book.”
