This book contains a lot of practical tips as well as a lot of inspiration and anecdotes from the author’s experiences. I appreciate that this book contained minimal fluff unlike other books I’ve read in the business and real estate fields.

Quick Read, Solid Info
This is an excellent, no-nonsense guide to property flipping. It accurately portrays the opportunities and pitfalls that a new investor would likely experience. Refreshingly, it is not just a rehash of other books. It appears to be written solely based on the author's experience. On a personal note, Luke helped me transition into RE appraisal many years ago, which changed my life. Looking forward to trying some of the ideas presented in this book as a different avenue in real estate. Admittedly, I have some fear, due to being in a market saturated with investors willing to accept low returns. Still, the idea is to remain positive using all the resources available. Deals exist.

Every Topic a Key To Success
This is the most concise "how to do and be successful " book I've ever read. I have an extensive Real Estate educational background as well as hands on experience as a rehabber (hate 'flipper' terminology). Luke Weber reinforces, in a concise format, every step to start and continue be successful without hype or a back end pitch to spend money for his expertise. Yes, Luke offers something but leaves that to other marketing efforts. Well done and Thank You Luke Webber.

An Amazing Book. An Amazing Author. Highly Recommended!
I have read about a half dozen books on real estate, and this is by far the best, most thorough book I’ve read on the subject! It’s a quick & easy read! Luke Weber is a phenomenal writer, & teaches so much detail that other authors have let out. I read this on Kindle, but I’m ordering the hard cover book right now, so I can put chapter deviders in it & use it for reference. I highly recommend this book for anyone who is interested in real estate investing. Get it, read it, you won’t be disappointed!

This is a great read. I was determined to complete this book overnight but completed it in two days. I am a Real Estate Agent here in Las Vegas Nevada and I am always looking for ways to broaden my education, especially in the Real Estate Business. I have been to several "Real Estate Help" classes and was given huge books full of "material" that I gained some value from, but not enough to make a business out of it. This book is very personable and very easy to read. It is great for anybody who is looking for the blueprint of flipping! This book talks about his personal struggles and how he overcame them. I remember sitting in these real estate flipping classes and looking at all the innocent people who have spent their life savings to be at that seminar. I personally know someone who has worked on deals with Luke before and it is refreshing to know that he is the real deal and that he does practice what he preaches.
Most of these real estate education classes do not have speakers who "PRACTICE WHAT THEY PREACH".
You want to learn from those who have been there and done that, because most likely they have such valuable information.
This would be a great book for yourself or as a gift for anybody you know who is talking about getting into Real Estate.
As Luke says it best in his last chapter :
" If you want something, you must go get it"
" If you need something, you must tell people"
" If you want your life to change, you must change what you are doing"

Luke lays the book out in a easy to follow format from before the deal starts to after it closes. There are countless tips and above all else, actionable steps that get you on your way. Good, solid advice.

Exactly what it says it is. The author just lays out his strategies, highlighting key points, in a simple, actionable format. The book skips the fluff and the salesmanship common in these kinds of books, and provides usable information every step of the way.

Succinct and practical guide to flipping houses. The only other thing this book needed was perhaps a list of specific things to check and fix in a property. I recommend The Flipping Blueprint if you are thinking about getting into flipping real estate.

Overall very good. Need to write more about how to get good deals. MLS is only a very tiny part of good deals.

More of a reference book at this point. Points out that flipping is more being a general contractor and business person than actually being involved in houses.

This book is a must read for anyone serious about flipping real estate.
If you are new to flipping real estate or if you're a seasoned pro, this book is worth the read. Luke is a seasoned real estate investor and logically maps out the blueprint to flipping houses. Reading this book is time well spent.
