The Deuteronomy Project: A Journey into the Mind of God

Rate this book
The Deuteronomy Project is needed by every Christian believer who wants a deeper understanding of the Bible and spiritual matters. It uses one of the most common texts called on by Jesus to bring that depth of understanding into the life of the reader and the contemporary world. Readers have wept and cheered from the stories of the characters and the effect on the readers' own lives. The Deuteronomy Project gives the reader the truth and understanding of Deuteronomy, and through it, the entire Bible, from the discussion and experiences of the fictional characters of Hal, a retired Pastor and Moses figure, Chris, a young lawyer, and their friends. The entire text of Deuteronomy is presented, chapter by successive chapter in each chapter of the book. Each chapter surrounds the Biblical text with the experiences and thoughts of the characters. Readers of The Deuteronomy Project are deeply moved and taught at a level of understanding that truly is a journey into the mind of God.

The book was great. Though long at times, it will be a great resource to look back on for some hard to tackle passages.

Now that it's published, I should give this one another go, since I only read an earlier draft.
