I first read this book while in my late 40's (almost 70 now) and had an epiphanic experience reading it the first time. The book was published by the Paulist Press in 1985, and was written by two Catholic Nuns - Anne Brennan & Janice Brewi. It's a book about spirituality, the importance of prayer and a sense of playfulness in finding fulfillment, Carl Jung's 'shadow' theory, and the search for Self. It is now out of print but easily found on line. I have had numerous copies, given some away to friends, and carried it with me around the world. Enjoy! ISBN 0-8091-2681-8
