I'm Stephen Morrill, the author. This book is a travel-advisory book that was published in 2007 and is far, far out of date. A more recent paperback version AND a most-recent ebook version are also totally out of date.
I'm embarassed that the publisher won't let me update it and yet keeps on selling a book full of outdated information — and keeps the book, with my name on it, out there on bookshelves in stores and elsewhere.
Buy this book at your own risk — and spare us all the bad reviews. Not my fault.
