Definitely a motivational book of value. I think I'll be keeping mine on hand to read again whenever I need a soft kick in the pants. I've already gone through it the 2nd time with a highlighter-resisted the urge the first time so I could just experience/absorb it....but it really seems a great piece to continue to indoctrinate myself with- a pocket-sized cheerleader & coach!

This was an AWESOME! book, short and sweet put to the point; for those of you who are sluggish in striving for your goals
