Mean Merle and the Pigeon of Frizzante Park

Rate this book
Betty, Clyde and Herman are enjoying a summer day when Merle, the meanest kid in town, comes along to spoil it. The kids take a trip to the local theme park where Merle’s bullying behavior gets him into hot water with the unlikeliest of foes.
Mean Merle and the Pigeon of Frizzante Park is a sweet story that rebukes bullying and encourages forgiveness and redemption all against the familiar backdrop of theme park rides.

This book is an absolute delight. It is fun book for your child, or yourself, that has a great message about being a bully and what happens when the bully gets bullied. The writing is smooth and easy to read for young kids. The artwork by Uribe is dynamite and really catches the eye.
