Published in 1990, Eglin - Fighters, Bombers, Special Ops is 'Superbase 17' in the series by Osprey that looks at the aircraft types used by large military airbases. At time of print, Eglin hosted a vast array of USAF combat types for munitions testing, including a significant contingent of T-38 chase planes. Add to this a resident F-15 Wing and a lot of C-21A VIP transports, and what you have is 118 well captioned colour photos of the main types encountered. Excellent.
